1. How do I gain access to Rauland’s Customer Connection?

To gain access to Customer Connection, you will need to contact your Rauland Channel Partner Salesforce day-to-day contact within your organization. They will be able to grant you access via the Contact Manager in the Community.

2. My account has been made inactive due to inactivity. How do I regain access?

Customer Connection access disables after 6 months of inactivity. You will need to ask your Rauland Channel Partner Salesforce day-to-day contact within your organization to re-establish your access. They can do so by using the Contact Manager database.
