Rauland-Borg Corp. Intellectual Property
The entire contents of this Site, including all text, images, software, audio and video are copyrighted and protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. Users may only copy, download or print materials contained in this Site for their own non-commercial use. The copying, downloading, printing, redistribution or republication of any material contained in this Site for any commercial purpose is prohibited without the express, written permission of Rauland.

The Rauland-Borg logotype, Telecenter, SecurePlex and Responder are registered trademarks of the Rauland-Borg Corporation. Telenurse and Director are trademarks of the Rauland-Borg Corporation. Any other trademarks referred to on the Site are the trademarks of their respective companies.

Rauland owns all rights and interests in the software code and associated user documentation used on the Site and any and all new releases, updates and enhancements there of. Rauland owns all intellectual property and proprietary rights in the Software throughout the world. Nothing in these Legal Statements, the Site or the conduct of Rauland conveys to user any license, implied license or proprietary right in any intellectual property of Rauland.

Privacy Statement
Rauland recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of this Site. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users' right to privacy to guide our relationships with our users.

Anonymous information is collected for every visitor to this Site. This includes data regarding web pages viewed, date and time viewed and browser type. IP addresses are not stored, but are temporarily used to determine domain type and in some cases, geographic region of the user. We do not make any association between this information and a visitor's identity.

IP addresses are also used by computers on the network to send the requested pages to users. In order to access certain portions of our Site, such as the Customer Connection/Extranet, you must register and provide certain voluntary information, including your name, address, and e-mail address. Rauland may supply this information to our dealers covering your region, but will not reveal any such personal information to any other third party without user permission and Rauland uses reasonable precautions to keep secure any personal information disclosed to us.

While we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites.

Using e-mail addresses provided at registration on the Rauland Customer Connection/Extranet or otherwise, Rauland may periodically send e-mail newsletters to our users about services and products offered by Rauland. Users can, at any time, indicate to Rauland that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from Rauland.

License and Consent
By using the Site or by submitting any communication or content to the Site, you grant to Rauland a world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, and/or create compilations and derivative works of such communication or content.

Submissions
Any communications submitted by you shall become the sole and exclusive property of Rauland. Rauland is under no obligation to refrain from reproducing, publishing, or otherwise using such submissions in any way or for any purpose. Rauland shall be free to use the content of any such communications, including any ideas, inventions concepts, techniques or know-how disclosed therein for any purpose including developing, manufacturing and/or marketing goods or services, without liability for remuneration to user and with no obligations of confidentiality to user. The sender of any communications to the Rauland web sites shall be responsible for the content and information contained therein, including its truthfulness and accuracy.

Acceptance of Terms
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of or access to the Site. Rauland has created programs, documentation and other proprietary material that belong to Rauland and its licensors. By obtaining use of the materials and information found in the Site, the user represents and warrants that THE USER HAS READ AND AGREES TO BE FULLY BOUND BY EACH OF THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. ANY PERSON SO ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF A CORPORATION OR OTHER USER WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE HAS AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH USER. IN THE EVENT THAT THE USER DOES NOT AGREE TO EACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, SUCH USER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY SOFTWARE CREATED BY, AUTHORIZED OR SEEN ON THE SITE. Rauland may make changes to the Site, these Legal Statements or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the Site at any time. Rauland encourages you to review the Site and these terms periodically for any updates or changes. The continued access and/or use of the Site shall be deemed continued acceptance of these changes and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes.

General Release
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND RAULAND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT INFRINGE ANY PATENT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT. NO WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY RAULAND, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS, OR THE LIKE, SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.

Rauland explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information found on the Site or on sites that link to or from the Site from third parties not associated with us. Because some web sites employ automated search results or otherwise provide links to sites containing information that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive, Rauland cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in third-party sites. User hereby irrevocably waives any claim against Rauland with respect to such sites.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RAULAND OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SITE BE LIABLE, EITHER DURING USE OF THE SITE OR AT ANY TIME THEREAFTER, INCLUDING AFTER ANY SUSPENSION OR DENIAL OF USER ACCESS TO THE SITE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF RAULAND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) THAT RESULT FROM:

USER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT RAULAND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY AGREEMENTS BETWEEN USERS AND ANY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING THE OWNER OF THE SITE OR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES. USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

Conduct
Users of this Site may not:
(i) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site;
(ii) transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind;
(iii) transmit comments containing harassing or offensive language, including sexual references, sexual nicknames, racial slurs, hate propaganda, hate mongering, swearing, or rude or deliberately offensive comments, or engage in disruptive activities online, including excessive use of scripts, sound waves, scrolling (repeating the same message over and over), or use of viruses, bots, worms or Trojan horses;
(iv) transmit any information, software or other material that is fraudulent or violates or infringes the rights of others, including material that violates privacy or publicity rights, or infringes copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder;
(v) transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful component;
(vi) transmit content that encourages or provides instructional activities about illegal activities, in particular hacking, cracking or phreaking;
(vii) transmit or in any way exploit any information, software or other material for commercial purposes or that contains advertising, "junk mail," "spam," or "chain letters";
(viii) solicit other users to join, become members of, or contribute money to any online service or other organization, advocate or attempt to get users to join in legal or illegal schemes or plan or participate in scams involving other users;
(ix) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent user's professional or other affiliation with any person or entity;
(x) resell, redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information derived from the Site in a searchable, machine-readable database;
(xi) use the Site to collect personally identifying information about users of the Site;
(xii) disguise a file type to thwart Rauland's detection processes;
(xiii) transmit any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law;
(xiv) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the Site; or
(xv) use the Site, including the information provided therein and all related equipment, networks and network devices (specifically including Internet access) for any unlawful purpose.

International Use
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, user hereby agrees to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct. Specifically, user agrees to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country of residence.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act/Other Claims of Infringement
Rauland reserves the right, but not the obligation, to terminate user permission to use the Site if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that user is involved in any infringing activity, regardless of whether the material investigation is ultimately determined to be infringing. Any written notice of any defamatory or infringing activity of any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right or any defamation must include the following:

(i) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
(iii) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material;
(iv) Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
(v) A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
(vi) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Miscellaneous
These Legal Statements constitute the entire agreement between each user and Rauland and govern the use of the Site. Each user may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply upon use of or access to affiliate services or third-party content. The failure of Rauland to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Statements shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The provisions of these Legal Statements are severable and separate and the unenforceability of any specific provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision hereof. Each user hereby agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or these Legal Statements must be filed within ninety (90) days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
